Monday , Day 1 of the trip

After saying goodbye to our parents at school, we arrived at KLCC airport in good time to begin our adventure. We were all really excited and a little nervous ( we were worried if our parents would be okay without us there to look after them!) but there was too much happening for us to worry about. Moysey, our class mascot was always close by to make sure we were happy and to keep us safe from danger. We checked in our toiletries case ( all 30.5kgs!!) and headed to the lounge for a drink and to wait for our boarding time. Here Stella, Mao, Aruna and Moysey are having a good chat about what is in-store for them when they reach Camp. Moysey wants to know what's for lunch on the plane!

As you can see from the 'worried' faces of Shu Cheng, Eunice and Jee Eun, the plane journey was a 'blast' and they never stopped talking and giggling for the whole 2hrs and 10 mins. Mr. Kirkham got no sleep what so ever!! The Captain of the plane announced over the tannoy that the children from BSKL where onboard for the flight to KK and there was a huge cheer from the children.

After a hearty meal on the plane, Mei Jun decided to catch up on her beauty sleep. She didn't snore as loud as Mr Kirkham or Mr Johnson, but finished a creditable third in the competition (Only kidding Mei Jun!). The children were exceptionally well behaved on the flight over and this was noted by the airline staff both in the airport and on the plane.
